Information involved

Business-contact information may include your name, work contact details, role, organization, and the inquiry or technical details you share. We receive this information from you or through LinkedIn, company websites, conferences, and business introductions. When we approach you, we explain the source of your contact details.

AWS Amplify processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages, and access logs to deliver and protect the website.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use business-contact information to respond to inquiries, arrange demos, discuss evaluations or early testing, and make relevant ExPolaris outreach. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and security.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, maintaining relevant professional relationships, honoring contact preferences, and operating a secure website, balanced against individuals' rights. We obtain consent where required for marketing and follow the sending rules for the recipient's location and channel.

Sharing inquiry details is voluntary. Without sufficient contact information, we may be unable to respond.

Your marketing choices

You can stop promotional contact at any time by replying “stop” to our email or LinkedIn message, or emailing info@exlattice.com. We honor opt-outs immediately.

We ask for a separate opt-in before adding you to a newsletter or promotional mailing list. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Access, services, and international processing

ExLattice team members handling your inquiry or evaluation may access the information needed for that work. We use:

• AWS Amplify Hosting for website delivery and access logs.
• Google Workspace / Gmail for business email and email outreach.
• LinkedIn messages for professional conversations. LinkedIn handles platform information under its own Privacy Policy.

Our team is based in the United States; these services may also process information in other countries. Google's data processing terms and AWS's data protection terms describe safeguards for restricted international transfers, including European Commission standard contractual clauses where applicable. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, use analytics or advertising tags, or embed third-party video players. The simulation video is hosted with the website.

Retention and deletion

Our business-contact retention policy provides for monthly review and the following periods:

• Inactive inquiries and demo conversations: 24 months after the last meaningful conversation.
• Unanswered outreach records and correspondence: up to 12 months from collection, with earlier deletion when no longer needed. A meaningful reply moves the conversation to the inquiry policy.
• Opt-out records: a restricted contact identifier and request date, kept only as needed to prevent recontact, with periodic review.

Active evaluations, contracts, and records required by law follow separate retention arrangements. AWS's Amplify documentation states that hosting access logs remain until the application is deleted.

Deletion from our active records may precede removal from provider backups under their applicable terms. LinkedIn and message recipients may retain their own copies.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy of your data, and object to certain uses. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.

Send requests to info@exlattice.com. We use only necessary identity checks and respond without undue delay, within one calendar month of receipt. If a legally permitted extension is needed, we explain the reason and revised deadline within the first month.

Please contact us before sharing confidential build files so we can agree on appropriate handling and project-specific terms.
